Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT®)
How should I prepare for the GMAT?
Practice, practice, and then more practice! The GMAT consists of three sections: Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA), Quantitative, and Verbal. Most test takers will tell you that the questions are not hard; the hard part is efficiently managing your time during the exam so that you can answer every question.

A whole GMAT prep industry of books, workshops, online courses, and tutoring exists to teach business school applicants the best GMAT test taking tips and strategies. Studying for the GMAT can cost as low as $10 for a used GMAT study guide to $1,000 or more for a professional tutor. admissions411 knows that you don't have time to evaluate each service - just tell you which one works, right? See below for admissions411 member ratings of GMAT exam prep services.

Register for the GMAT or find out more information at the official GMAT website.

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
TOEFL

The business school classroom is dynamic, fast paced, and intense to say the least. Having a strong command of the English language is vital so that students can actively participate in classroom discussions and debates.

The TOEFL exam measures the ability of nonnative speakers of English to use and understand English as it is spoken, written, and heard in college and university settings. The TOEFL test is offered in different formats depending on a test taker's location. The TOEFL Internet-based Test (TOEFL iBT) tests all four language skills that are important for effective communication: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Source: http://www.ets.org

Register for the TOEFL or find out more information at the official TOEFL website.
